Our Quality

• Full frost free concrete footing
• Granite foundation caps
These elements provide a stable and durable base for the monument. Preventing it from tipping or settling over time due to soil movement, frost heave, or other environmental factors. This creates a solid, long-lasting footing that can withstand the weight of the monument and the test of time.
Our foundation caps also have a minimum of a 3” wash around your monument. Keeping lawn equipment a distance from your investment.
Their Quality

• Post holes
• Often not below the frost line
• Minimal concrete
Using post holes for a monument footing is strongly discouraged because it leads to instability, tipping, settling, and potential collapse over time. Monuments require a robust, broad footing that distributes their heavy weight over a larger, undisturbed area of soil, rather than a narrow, deep hole.
